  * Early backers and liquidity providers with a vesting period.
* **Team: 7.5%** - **$PASS** 30,300,000&#x20;
  * Allocation to team for incentivize and growth of the team with vesting period
* **Advisors: 2.5%** - **$PASS** 10,100,000&#x20;
  * Individuals/entities providing guidance and expertise with a year vesting period.
