App Store Compliance:
Any content needing removal as per app store guidelines will be removed either locally or globally based on the app store's directives.
User Guidelines:
Legal Adherence:
All users must adhere to local laws and regulations. In context, prohibited content includes but isn't limited to NFTs promoting illegal gambling, explicit services, narcotics sales, child exploitation, terrorism support, or violent threats.
Intellectual Property:
Respect copyrights. We act according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Infringing NFTs or content will be removed. For any related concerns, reach out to our team.
Consent Matters:
Images of individuals should only be posted with their consent. Non-consensual content will be removed in line with Right to Be Forgotten requests. If an NFT displays your image without permission, contact us.
No Deception Allowed:
Any deceptive, fraudulent, or scam activities are strictly prohibited. Offending users may face bans, and fraudulent activities will be reported to local authorities.
Avoid Financial Misrepresentation:
NFTs that resemble or function as financial instruments requiring regulation are not allowed. Manipulative practices, like wash trading, are strictly prohibited and could result in bans.
NSFW Labeling:
While we permit adult content where the law allows, users must label such content as NSFW to ensure appropriate filtering and coverage.
